Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Policy: All mentorship sessions are non-refundable once purchased, unless I am unable to fulfill the sessions for any reason. Your purchase represents a commitment to your own healing journey and reserves dedicated time and preparation on my part. Scheduling: Sessions are held via Zoom and limited to one hour each. I will contact you within 2 business days after purchase to schedule your session time(s). If you ordered a 4-session pack, we can schedule all sessions via email or after each session until complete. Respectful Conduct: Any disrespectful, accusatory, or threatening behavior before or during sessions will immediately end the current session and cancel all future sessions. In such cases, I will no longer be obligated to fulfill remaining sessions, and no refunds will be issued. This disclaimer is included for clarity and protection of both parties. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without notice are considered completed. Responsibility & Outcomes: These sessions are intended for personal growth and guidance. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as each individual's path is unique. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and integration of the guidance offered.
